Sorry but the Skyline is going to be flashy and attract the attention of some of the worst people. The Lotus is going to attract gawkers because it’s mid-engined and not everyone knows what it is. The Morgan is fine I guess but not really exotic, just old-fashioned.
Counterpoint, monochrome colors dominate the world. Getting another grey car just screams “I’m not a douche, I promise I’m probably not a douche...” Get something fun and be willing to talk to every kid that stops you at the gas station with a million questions.
My idea of douche is probably way off though :-)
We would prefer a sporty car, but are open to an off-roader.
A classic car that speaks to you is the only way not to look like a douche. Everyone, even non car people, appreciate a good looking classic. With this kind of budget a decent used restomod should be attainable.
I’d say they are on the line.. They have the ability to be both douchey and normal.
Nothing with butterfly doors is ever the “non douchiest” anything, except the Toyota Sera and maybe the Autozam AZ-1. It’s still a good choice.
Yeah, I’m not sure why some people feel the need to throw insane power into these things. Something with effortless power is sufficient.
You guys already know what I’m going to suggest.
That’s factually incorrect. Mandatory retirement for pilots was raised to 65 years ago.
You are misinformed. Mandatory retirement is at 65. Also, regional airline pilots are getting hired as young as 21, some major airline pilots are hired at 25.
Well, that’s a very cool option, that the 2nd and 3rd owners will totally ignore. (Also lots of new owners.)
