I’m told by several airline pilot friends that AA is a dumpster fire internally and about as pleasant to work for/deal with.  Good for the pilots and the union to stand up for what’s important.

Sounds like this guy worked at an airline specifically to work against pilot unions, and it sounds like he is a poster boy for why professional pilots need unions to begin with.
