I think the issue is that they are leaving in the whole powertrain from the compact this thing is based on in a package with much worse drag. Crossovers are rarely more than 2 adult passengers heavier than the sedans they share a platform with, but that motor probably has to work quite a bit harder to maintain speed

if you have big problems in life getting bullied by elementary school children, this front grille is gonna give you all the tools you need to run them over at highway speeds and teach them a very valuable lesson about crossing your path, whether they have legal right-of-way or not

Am I the only one that just absolutely hates floating infotainment screens for no reason?

It’s night and day. And never cars still

Real spring-mounted bumpers that can hit something at 5 mph with zero (zip, nil, nada) damage to the car.

Smaller car design.

Larger windows. Yes I know it can be for “safety” but I also think it is more about styling that doors are now up to neck height in some cars. I miss resting my elbow out an open window with my hand at the 9 o’clock position on the wheel.

In before all of the slippery-slope arguments... I 100% agree. I know I would not like these solutions, but we definitely should have them and if new cars came with them I would deal. We all would. This is not an attack on your freedoms.

There will not be better. Alfas rust if you spit on them, much less actually use them. All of them have some rust bubbling, somewhere, which will require cutting and replacing to “fix.”

The passage of time alone guarantees that the new Scout will be way better than the original in every single way.

Damn, that’s a good wrap job. I knew you could get satin or flat colors, but didn’t know you could get one in “porous

The Venn diagram of people who like the Escalade and think blacked out vehicles are cool are almost a circle.

“I’m changing the climate. Ask me how!”
