Can someone please explain the whole, “...but it’s not a body on frame” argument; like most trucks and full size SUVs. Like that’s a bad thing?

Every now and then it hits me that these cars getting into the 700+ hp range is actually insanity.  With a warranty no less!

Giving Joe Blow with $300 that lives out of the area a 750-horsepower muscle car with zero supervision or restraint seems like an excellent idea that won’t backfire at all.

I am NOT hating on the Metro! I like them!

I love all Metros and especially my Swift GT. I don’t think Torch is hating on Metros so much as leaning on his knowledge of same to explain Trump’s perspective—i.e. a Metro is just the sort of car Trump would hate and which actually realized improved fuel economy by saving weight. 

As a power train engineer, I made it through half of his speech before I could feel brain cells disappearing. FFS I’m going to my cabin in the woods, I’ll be back around Janurary 2021.
