Why so presumptuous? You don't know anything about a) my television, b) my living room layout or c) my computer.

I have done this, but I would much rather have a dedicated box. It's very tedious connecting and disconnecting the laptop all the time.
Guess technically I'm a raging thief then, because I have digital backups of every cartridge game I own.
I really hope it will run some of the existing emulators on Google Play without modification, which as I understand it could lock you out of the store. I'm interested in buying new games that I haven't paid for already.
Me to a T. Did you back the Ouya when it was a Kickstarter?
Really looking forward to this solely as an old school emulator for my television. And before I get lambasted, I have a ridiculous amount of retro games so I'm not a thief. I'm just tired of digging them out of storage.
Oh really? The rest of the world has done it. The U.S. doesn't exist in a vacuum.
And what a mistake.
Exactly. Spot on. +10 points to you, sir.
I'm right there with you.
When are we going to stop calling these games "free to play"? It's so misleading.
Ziff Davis can go to hell. They mishandled and then axed the best gaming rag of all time while simultaneously gutting 1UP. Not good at all if you're an IGN fan.
Goodbye, IGN. And Goodbye to 1UP for sure.
Derp derp
Word. Didn't they also remove some of the original MGS music from TTS?
+1
So true
So you don't do any direct comparisons yourself then. Thanks for clearing that up. :)
Cool to see this done with practical effects.
Do you play many first party Nintendo games? This is part of why I love them. Donkey Kong Country Returns, Skyward Sword, Mario Galaxy... the list goes on, and they're all gorgeous. My only beef is that they haven't been in HD up to this point.
