I agree you can't tell who is anorexic by looking at them. That is why I said in my original post that I felt a similar reaction when I saw an "emaciated anorexic" In any event, I'm not in the mental health field, so you don't need to worry about it if "looks like [I'm] ignoring people who have real problems"

Not sure of the DSM-whatever number is, but anorexia is typically associated with low body weight. In any event, I'm not really sure what point you are making - what I was trying to say is that it is unfortunate that such an amazing actress is so obviously very unhealthy.

Interesting post on the heels of the plus-size post below. Call me a fat shamer, but looking at this picture is as sad to me as looking as somebody who is an emaciated anorexic. She is such a talented actress and it is such a shame that she will probably live a short/unhealthy life because of poor choices.
