Actually he does, and he was the only guy with a viable economic plan in the last election, which is why he got elected. If you pulled your finger out of your nose and stopped chucking about the hair commercial you might have noticed.

The price to rent digital is way too high for what you get in return.

At $5CDN to rent and $22CDN to buy, I'm simply priced out of the market. Not enough interest to search for a cheaper option.

The show certainly lacks the usual abuse that viewers go through in trying to understand why a character isn't escaping the bad situation. The reality is Shaolin was already deeply involved in the organization and was already being groomed for something higher up. When he left he was warned that returning would mean

A misappropriated treasure trove of gothic designs, mythology, and ancient mysticism. The theatrical nature of the Nazi's is part of the reason why they keep showing up in popular culture and easily portrayed as a big goofy joke.

Cliff was probably the only guy willing to say, "James, that's a shitty lyric." I certainly wouldn't expect that from Kirk or Lars, and the guy they hired to play bass doesn't have an opinion.

meh.. last truly great Metallica album was "Heartwork" by Carcass.

Bill Maher always talks about how half an hour simply wasn't enough for a political discussion show. The Nightly Show was always trying to pack too much in and there's a lot of stuff that could have worked if it had more time, and it wasn't done every episode.

Karma Police was played all day long on Much Music. You had to wait for City Limits to see the stuff that fell outside their community standards. I lost interested when the Wedge took over that hour. But, Much Music was the only game in town for most Canadians.

I doubt Venetian Snares was ever interested in the type of complexity that Aphex aimed for.

Elastica had a lot of potential as a no nonsense rock band and they sound amazing in their early Peel Sessions. But, unfortunately the Electronica thing hit and somebody made a decision about sounding more 'up to date'

I think the only thing Nirvana really killed (helped kill) was the mandatory guitar solo and that ended taking a really long time. I think Nevermind was the first album successfully marketed to kids that were neither metal, country, or pop and were too young to appreciate was newly minted as alternative. But, the

Ahem, classic rock radio is playing music from 20-50 years ago.

Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, and Underworld (formerly a rock band) were always really good at bringing in just enough rock melody and song structure to bring in that cross appeal.

I think Spacehog got mauled over by the fact that they were promoted as Space Rock. Something that was laughed at by radio DJs and kind sneered at by fans of the well established underground genre.

Throwing Copper was a refreshing bucket of bile. It's just a bunch of pretentiousness connected with cliche. Everybody started listening to Spice Girls because they were fun. "Mmmbop" was a catchy blip in time.
