It's not like the people who go on and on about the quality of pop singers are actually interested in hearing a really good singer in quiet concert theater. In fact they will probably respond by saying… "oh, never heard of that person" or the my absolute favourite (cause I've heard it a lot) "why would you go to

Monster Truck did perform with Walter Ostanek.

Guitars are just a sometimes food, and if you think I'm suggesting electronic music you need to put your bib back on.

Black Metal strikes me as one of those genres where the really interesting stuff is always happening at the garage level. Something gets lost when production quality becomes a concern, and people actually consider the crazy shit their recording.

It's not new as a scene or a genre, but it is new sort of new as a pop culture reference. You can hear references to jokes about black metal on network sitcoms now.

I was 16 in 1994 and just want to try that one again a little bit more relaxed.

It's where you spent the bulk of your years between the ages of 9 and 13. That's when kids start developing their own cultural tastes and begin to leap ahead of the guidance their parents provide.

I've met a lot of people who worship the ground he walks on.

I've suffered from depression too. But, I certainly don't think I know enough to comment on what other people experience or to emphatically judge them on how or how well they deal with it.Henry Rollins can only speak for himself.

Or how about the first time your adolescent daughter screens "I Hate you, I hop you die!!!!!!!!!" and slams her bedroom door in your face.

The problem with the "if you have kids" statement is that you're ignoring the rationality of "the kids are better off without me" which is not completely out-of-line when your view of the world constantly reinforces the belief that you are useless and simply fucking everything up. This is where society is completely

The problem with your theory is that raw emotional rant is usually at least 90% of how you're actually feeling with a couple statements that are emotional an over the top.

Henry Rollins is just an over grown teenager whose only real contribution to thought is making other people's ideas sound louder and angrier. This is just him doing his usual screaming and grunting at a topic that can't be solved with screaming and grunting.

Black Flag only sucked after Rollins ruined it.

I always thought "repetitive lyrics" was a very weak sauce argument against pop music.

Swift is definitely disassociating herself from the different forms of dancing. Probably because she's a pop star now and that usually means choreographed contemporary dancing on stage and in music videos.

Everything was familiar but I'll be damned if my brain transmit any names to my keyboard fingers.

I apologize for the statements I made that were in the heat of the moment and taken out of context by the politically correct lame stream media and I want you to know that I'm really total sweetheart toward the group of people I didn't mean to offend. But the people I was really talking about… I'm still an asshole..

Wow, Gene Simmons is channeling Sarah Palin. Of course he probably didn't roll his eyes when he said media.

Can you blame him? The guy probably spent a few hundred dollars getting the kind of media exposure that you'd normally spend millions of dollars on.
