Someone suggested that she only got her powers in this post-Flashpoint timeline.

So the Legends figured out that it's Eobard "Reverse Flash" Thawne, but they didn't make the Flashpoint connection. Though the show did acknowledge it with Thawne telling his buddies the low down.

I saw someone posit below that Dinah Drake may have only become a meta in this post-Flashpoint timeline. I really like that idea.

Yeah it seemed like Felicity took the flash drive at face value which is not Felicity like. She might have checked it on a honey pot off screen, but it certainly was presented that she was indeed opening Pandora's box.

As far as I know she is supposed have some more guest star appearances, but I doubt she'll move to Vancouver to return full time. I'd like some of the other characters to return.
