They were being dicks about it when announced. A simple none condescending announcement would of been nice.

I think the amount of effort you’re putting in to silence any legitimate criticism of the Epic Game Store has gotten out of hand, but what are ya gonna do?
So let me get this straight, when people explain to you why they don’t want to use the EGS you ignore them because the features that are important to them aren’t important to you?
How exactly is anything I said “toxic”?
I’m kind of neutral about it, but some of my friends have a problem with sharing information with a subsidiary of Tencent rather than being lazy about opening one more program.
Nobody believes that having a second launcher is a problem. Origin/EA has one and people don’t complain. Blizzard has one and people don’t complain. The issue is with the business practices behind what they’re doing and the exclusive deals they have with third party developers. No one expects Valve to release Half…
My issue with all of the EGS exclusivity garbage is that it’s all complete crap. Third party exclusives are garbage. Always have been...always will be. I also have specific issues with Epic because for the past 2 years I haven’t been able to log in to my account even thougfh I’ve given them avery piece of ID they…
Shhhh, we can’t discuss anything reasonably! It’s vital that all sides completely disregard anything of substance the other says just so we can keep telling everyone how we think they feel and they can continue to get angrier and angrier
Oh look. Another Kotaku article that lists all the things they see as wrong with Valve/Steam yet glosses over anything wrong with Epic or the EGS. No mention at all about how Epic treats their employees as far as “crunch” goes since Fortnite got popular even though Kotaku loves pointing out that issue with every other…
Not a single person believes that the issue at hand stems from having to install the epic games store.
The Madden into blows up my ears, I have the game turned down to 20 but the intro plays full blast until you get to the menu. BIG NUMBERS BIG NUMBERS.
It’s almost like treating employees and customers like trash and try to rip them off as much as possible wasn’t a great idea.
They are right though, they are only stating the truth. teenage boys do not care if the titty is for breast feeding or not, it just a titty to them.
I don’t know about A Way Out but the article says that if you get the deluxe edition (for $40 instead of $30) then you get a pass. I presume the emphasis is on one pass. You can spend 1/3 the price to have another friend join you, or you can play with randoms perhaps, or just other people who own the game, but you…
No, it’s not the same. Andrew stated A Way Out could be played with *any* friend, and Youngblood only lets you picks *a* friend:
It says that buying the deluxe edition gives a code for one friend to play along. Not any copy to allow coop with a second person ;)
I suppose this brings a new meaning to titty streamer. I mean if these women don’t mind teenage boys spanking it to them breast feeding more power to them?
I was astounded to find out how Jackbox worked. Only the host needs to own the game.
They should of went the EA route with "A Way Out". Just one person needs to own it and you can play it with any friend.
Downwell is top notch. I got it years ago when it came out and still play it from time to time. Restarted it with no upgrades recently because somehow I lost my save file and it didn't even bother me.
