I got 100 hours into that game and I haven’t killed an animal yet. But when I play with randos when they kill animals I never noticed any ammo drops. But special ammo kinda sucks in that game, you can’t even swap ammo to use it when needed.

He isn't just country trap. Also there is plenty of wonderful country music. Mostly older but still good. 

First three gears are really fun couch co-op games that had solid multiplayer. Why so much hate? You should try them if you haven't.
