What must be funny is the looks on people's face when they're being overtaken by a 2CV.

I've worked a lot with composites as an engineer. They don't weather well. Water can get in the end grain and rot fillers. Even worse with freeze-thaw cycles. Not to mention the uv degradation and the fact that they're only able to be inspected by extremely well-trained specialists.
