I started playing WoW right after Burning Crusade launched and aside from taking a few months off when I got heavily into Halo 3 and COD4 on Xbox Live, I haven't really had any complaints. Every aspect of World of Warcraft is just fun to me from putting stuff up on the Auction House to the PvP.
I'm probably going to pick up my code when I go to pick up Gears at midnight. But, this game is going to eat my Christmas freetime, I know it.
Bravo to you sir, congratulations. That helmet will protect you from many an edge of your seat terror.
@damatman: A Barbershop Quartet? Really? And all I have is this lousy backpack. But, I caved and reserved Mirror's Edge, the game looks cool in and of itself with some new game mechanics, but the girlfriend wants the messenger ba....I knew it! She has her own Barbershop Quartet I bet!
That is some fine imagery there, but really though, can't wait to get my copy or my Lancer
It's cool, really, pay no attention to all the shovelware and hold your breath...but don't go play Fable 2 or LittleBigPlanet now.
I have glasses and contacts and am relatively content, except when I have an allergic reaction to cats :( But all the same, I don't think I'm at the point yet where I'd be comfortable with lasers anywhere near my eyes, so I see where you're coming from.
The Wii is moving away from being a video game console to just another toy and that doesn't really seem to be bothering Miyamoto, which bothers me greatly as a core gamer seeing what's happening to Nintendo as a whole.
And the fanboy wars continued to rage to this very day. . .
@GorbyGipper: My only issue with Dead Rising was that the first time I played it I couldn't read the itty bitty screen text, then I played on an HD and everything about the game became more fun.
Scary. That sounds like music to my ears.
@reaper208: I have to agree, even though there are titles on the arcade I'll never play beyond the demo, still, someone else may love the game.
I'm gonna buy Dead Space, it's difficult to find a good (fingers-crossed, hoping it'll be good) survival sci-fi horror kind of game and I'm hoping to have the hell literally scared out of me.
Somewhere, somehow, a member of the fashion police just passed out screaming.
So, all quiet on the Lumines front then?
@TRT-X: Agreed.
Brother's in Arms: HH, WoW, maybe some Rock Band.
I have to say, Microsoft took something simple and made it incredible.
@Luke Plunkett: I think people hear it more now because it has, over time, become common knowledge that He and Bender are voiced by the same actor.
