Hell, I was there last summer on a 25' Tritoon on just a normal weekend, and that thing got thrown around like it was a toy in the main channel. It’s all the dudes in the 50'+ cruisers not on plane throwing 3' wakes that are the problem.

Also, I’m pretty sure Skater just ran 140 in testing on their new 32' with a pair of 400s. There are guys with sterndrive Eliminators of the same size, with motors making the same power as those outboards combined, struggling to hit those speeds.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that the sterndrive setup wouldn’t be faster or handle better. We’re just calling you out for saying this isn’t a “performance boat”, because it most certainly is, and it runs faster that 99% of the Fountains, Bajas, etc on lakes today.
