What is your favorite airline? I try to fly Southwest anymore, its not perfect but its an acceptable level of discomfort nowadays compared to like 10 years ago.

Third, why wait until you’ve boarded and the plane has left the gate to pitch a fit? Even if you just found out about it from a member of your entourage, why is that the airline’s fault?

I mean they caused enough of a disturbance that the plane actually turned around. Pilots don’t return to the gate so you can renegotiate baggage fees, heck they don’t even return to the gate if you are 1 minute late.

Think about it too: when do pilots turn a plane around? Not because you want to renegotiate baggage fees. They don’t even turn around if you were late to a flight, much less because you felt, AFTER BOARDING THE PLANE, that you paid too much for bags.

He probably doesn’t know he has been paying for those bags, just someone in his group swiped his card. You think he reads his credit card statements?
