I don’t think that is how it would go down. They would require some sort of byzantine system of conditions to be met, where it is really easy for certain people (white republicans) to get guns and everyone else can’t.

I have been telling people the same thing: we are not living in 1984. We are living in Brave New World.
Or maybe these garbage tweets are just another attempt to send
us journalistsbloggers with high opinions of themselves chasing after something audacious instead of the more impactful failings of the Trump administration.
Pretty much, and now we are also proving their belief that liberals are all hypocrits. Good job, illiberal progressives! Way to make America facist again.
So, prove the Nazi’s point for them. Facists love violence, violence is a respectable and even necessary act for them. It’s literally a central part of their worldview.
Seconds before being handcuffed, Shia approaches the camera and screams, “How we gonna make shit OK to be a nazi out here? That’s bullshit, bro. That’s not OK.” Not a whole lot to argue with there, to be honest.
I mean the neckbeards of the world kinda already see her as one.
You are doing yourself a discredit if you think Mike Pence and Paul Ryan haven’t had this in mind for a long time.
Actually it is. You don’t have the right to detain people against their will as part of the First Amendment, and your right to peaceful protest does not overrule other’s rights to peaceful enjoyment of public facilities.
But your first amendment right does not give you the right to detain others on the highway. The First Amendment does not allow you to interfere with or detain people at will.
Actually, it doesn’t. No where in the Constitution are you allowed to detain other people against their will on the highways. Furthermore, the Highways are a public facility.
Public facilities are not specifically covered under the 10th Amendment, however it is covered as a right of the people not expressly stated in the other parts of the Constitution.
The Lunch counter was in a privately owned business, not a public facility.
I feel like I have studied them a bit better than you. The lack of or abundance of law does not make an authoritarian regime. An Authoritarian regime is, by definition, favors strict obedience to authority, especially that of the government, at the expense of personal freedom. That does not require an abundance of…
It wasn’t ignorance or anything else. It was the truth. Trump may be a narcissitic racist sexist asshole, but you can be racist and sexist and classist and narcissitic without being a Facist.
1. Civil disobedience is a fundamental tactic of protesters. In doing so, they can face arrest. To charge them tens of thousands of dollars is akin to excessive sentencing in violation of the 8th Amendment.
The Tenth Amendment, which says:
But no one’s rights can interfere with the rights of others. If your blocking the highway just affected the government it would be covered under the First Amendment, but as it is it interferes with the Tenth Amendment.
Yah sportsball is like 40% of our Tuesday Trivia games and its always annoying obscure trivia like what the bat-boy said to the 3rd baseman in 1961 after winning the game or some crap.
He isn’t a facist, neither is Trump. You don’t know the definition of facism. /lesigh.
