Thank you for the response. And I agree that his “it was terrible and it hurt a lot of people and I’m sorry it happened” explanation he gave isn’t all that great.

Casey Affleck is not a “Predator” though. He was never accused of assaulting a woman. Rather, he was accused of saying crass and demeaning things to women who worked on a couple of his movies. He apologized and paid restitution. He did NOT touch them.

But Affleck NEVER ASSAULTED A WOMAN. The accusations were that he said some lewd and crass things to women on his set. He was never accused of laying hands on them.

So Casey Affleck apologized and paid restitution to the victims. Also its not like he assaulted them: their allegations were that he was crass toward them. This is hardly on the level of Donald Trump and physically assaulting women.

Cal’s massive debt problem is caused mostly by the amount of taxes they have to give the feds with very little in return.
