Because the money is most likely not taxable and will have no impact of her tax situation .

I would bet this is a division of martial property not alimony. If you read the article linked above she made $260,000 so far in 2016 if the settlement is non taxable she will only be able to take a small portion of the charitable deduction and if she makes around the same for the next 5 years there is no way she will

If it’s considered alimony it’s taxable if it’s a division of marital property it’s not. I would assume her lawyers would have worked this consideration into the settlement agreement. The father was much younger than the mom I think 17 to 24 when she got pregnant and they divorced before she was born. As far as he knew his ex wife was taking care of their very sick child. This started when she was an infant. He didn’t know she wasn’t sick until after the murder had taken place. He kept paying child

My in-laws bought this terrible green granite for their kitchen because they were going to stay in the house forever and they loved it. Five years later they want to sell and can’t wait to hear what prospective buyers say.

Condit has a solid alibi and no real motive, they were having an affair but there was nothing to indicate she had any intention of making it public or blackmailing him in anyway. From all accounts she was ready to head home and live her life.

No, my parents paid for my health insurance and copay’s until I was 24 but they had no right to any of my medical information after I was 18. My parents also paid for the vast majority of my college tuition but all correspondence from the school, including tuition refunds, were addressed to me. When I got an
