Looking at the game play log there, Dallas got the ball with 27 seconds on their own 30, drove it to the 46, then got the holding penalty. There were 4 seconds left and they were at their own 36. Garrett is a complete idiot for running any play there, much less one that involves throwing it into the flat/a screen…
