Kevin Magnussen got some points for Hass! That was a damn good race, there was action all over the place. I’m not terribly disappointed with how racy these new cars are. Overtaking isn’t easy, but then again it really shouldn’t be.

Prototype is still pretty dull though, the Caddys are still head and shoulders above everyone, though the Mazdas were close.

Good lord this race was a cluster from start to finish. Pretty entertaining though.

Hmmm. In modern day endurance racing 9 retirements would be a lot, but it wasn’t that long ago when 1/3 to 1/2 of the field being retired or having spent a significant amount of time behind the wall wasn’t terribly uncommon.
