That has absolutely nothing to do with anything.  We are talking about Smash Ultimate, in which Sakurai is on the record as saying Nintendo told him who the DLC characters are.

This is objectively untrue, based on communications Sakurai has made previously.  He has been quoted as saying the decisions for the DLC characters came from Nintendo, that is, Nintendo told them who the characters were going to be.  Whether or not you believe that to be a true statement on his behalf is up to you.

People took the presence of Joker in Smash as a marketing tool for Persona 5 on the Switch, especially after the data mining that indicated that the next DLC character is somehow tied to Dragon Quest, which is also coincidentally coming to Switch later this year. So while Atlus never explicitly said that Persona 5 was

If you want the sweet and salty combination and dislike Hawaiian, try pepperoni and hot honey.  That is a great combo.

Eh, keep in mind, a poll of Famitsu readers in the past couple of years said Persona 5 was either in the top 10 or top 5 of games ever made. Don’t get me wrong, I love Persona 5, but the respondents to polls like these seem to have a massive recency bias.

How much of there is a reason to pick up the remaster if I still have X and X-2 for the original Playstation 2? There’s the convenience of playing on the Switch, but I also lose the ability to Action Replay the shit out of the sphere grid.

I was in a similar situation.  I bought it around New Year’s based on their messaging that it would not be coming to Switch (the Steam page at the essentially said “it’d be near impossible, please stop asking”) only to then have the Nindie Direct a couple weeks later saying that it was.  I’m happy it’s coming to

The developers haven’t explicitly said no regarding console ports, but they did respond to a question on Twitter saying that there’s only four of them and it’d be a lot of work.

Not a lot of standouts this season in my opinion. At least Dororo and The Rising of the Shield Hero are continuing through Spring. The first episode of We Never Learn was cute; definitely getting some Quintessential Quintuplets vibes though with the tutor and student harem setup. Really looking forward to the Summer

Ah, I didn’t realize that about San Andreas. I have a vague recollection of seeing my brother and his friends try the riot code in GTA3 and it not being enjoyable. Come to think of it, that might have been where we learned that it would ruin saves.

I always just figured Rockstar codes it that way just to fuck with players. That, or they expected you’d die/reset the game rather than save.

I’m not sure where I would have read it, but I knew the riot code was problematic even as far back as Vice City. I always remember knowing to not save the game if you used that code.

What we found out-of-bounds was the naming of specific developers as targets for public criticism. It’s unfair and extremely traumatizing to single out people in this way, and we can’t accept that treatment towards any of our staff. That’s why we did not participate in the article and made a statement to that effect.

That’s true.  I don’t follow the comics at all, so I don’t know how long the Wakandans have had to work with.  Hannibal was using elephants circa 200 BCE as war animals and elephants are not considered domesticated, so it’s possible in the fiction of the comics, the Wakandans are using rhinos in a similar fashion.

That’s definitely true. Dogs have a gestational period of around 60 days (foxes are similar) and mice have a gestational period of 20 days with a four day estrus cycle.  Female mice can even give birth and then immediately become pregnant again, though litter size varies wildly based on strain.  You are absolutely

Surprised there was no mention of the Russion silver fox study. Belyaev showed that by exerting selective pressure, a captive wild silver fox population could be enriched for traits indicative of domestication in as few as 40 generations. Or inbred mouse strains for that matter; inbred strains display vastly different

Love this. Given Borderlands’ style of humor, in retrospect I’m surprised they didn’t call it that. And in response to the comments I got, I was being pedantic. I realize studios put out GOTY editions with all of the DLC. My point was that usually they have to at least win a GOTY award to call the edition that.

That’s a joke, right? Borderlands is fine/funny at times, but I’m not sure I’d ever call it a GOTY.  According to Wikipedia, it got a GOTY award from a site called RPGLand. Cool. Really digging deep there Gearbox.

I was under the impression Chicagoans in general prefer Chicago thin crust and leave the deep dish to the tourists.
