Not sure what the hell “strong met” is supposed to be. I think I meant to type “stronger.” With regards to your question, as far as I can tell, you just have to be finished with chapter 4 and own the DLC pass. A teleporter appears in the Olethro Ruins.
Once you get to max level and pick up some of the strong met blades, it’s possible to just fly through NG+. Fiora is hideously broken.
I don’t have an Android; it’s easy enough to set up an account with the default iOS Mail app. Just figured that Gmail was ubiquitous enough that pretty much everyone had an account. Though I still see people of my parents’ generation with @att.net or @earthlink.net accounts, so who knows.
