No, you are correct. I have a soft modded 3DS; the ability to read and write to a microSD was instrumental in getting the replacement firmware into the console.

Is there anything actually worth seeing at BlizzCon this year? Battle for Azeroth is being released in August, so presumably there’ll be some post-release coverage and some talk about future content, but nothing like pre-alpha content showcases like we saw for Legion, etc. They might tease a new event or something…
See my comment @Evernessince; too late to edit my original comment, but had meant to say “purchasable charity skins.” I’m happy to make the donation, and the skin (as cool as I think it is) is a nice bonus.
Oh, my wife and I are both going to buy it. I probably would have bought it regardless of the price. If they continue to do charity tie-ins like this in the future, I’m just hoping they maintain the same level of quality on the bonus skin.
Yeah, I was kinda surprised they didn’t do something like this for Valentine’s Day previously. The skin certainly has a premium price. Wouldn’t mind seeing more of these in the future if they maintain this same level of effort. Elsewise, $14.99 sets a pretty steep precedent for purchasable skins.
Apparently her pistol shoots pink bullets and harps play when using Resurrect or Valkyrie. Definitely feeling the magical girl/Puella Magi vibes.
The post doesn’t specify, but C9ing, at least originally, referred explicitly to a game winning fight being won, but the team still losing because they did not have anyone on the point. It seems to have evolved into a catchall of just not being on the point, either in overtime or normal play, regardless of whether…
At least they started bad and are getting better. Fuel started hypothetically good and get worse every stage. I think Fuel might fold before Dragons.
Yeah, I poked around their website. They have A LOT of partner services, some costing $200 or more. So yeah, looks like they recoup costs that way. I saw that they had trademarked Exome+, so that was sort of a hint to what they were doing.
Because Dive sucks and Tracer is one of the keys to Dive. Also, see Brigitte. I believe the official Overwatch account tweeted a picture of Brigitte hitting Tracer in the face with her flail, and then used pictograms to depict Brigitte + Shield Bash + Rocket Flail + Whip Shot = Dead Tracer. So, yeah.
Given how expensive whole genome sequencing still is (last figure I saw was around $10,000 for WGS, assuming the company had the buy-in of sequencers with an upfront cost of around $10-15 million; that was several years ago though, so might have dropped somewhat recently), I don’t see how they can possibly perform WGS…
What data does Helix actually provide? I’m a trained geneticist, I’m fully capable of analyzing my own genomic sequence. Will they give me my actual sequence (the article seems to imply they that are performing actual sequencing, not just running a microarray to look at SNPs) that I could then compare against the…
Showcase the Switch’s success stories: the trailer already hinted that Link will be in his BotW outfit, Inklings are being added, they’d be dumb not to add Cappy, and maybe we’ll see a reskin for BotW Zelda. Think they have this covered from jump.
I’ve been watching on Hulu. I assume it’s also on Crunchyroll, but not positive.
I’ve only watched the first handful of episodes of the first season of the original series. There are a couple of references to what happened in the original series, but other than that, I’ve found it to be pretty self-contained so far.
Persona 5 is also available on Hulu. The new Sword Art Online anime is fairly decent also.
Wasn’t Brigitte introduced by Jeff as a hero that would drastically shake up the meta? She’s fun to play. I sympathize with the tanks and Tracer mains out there who are getting shieldbashed and maces to the faces, but Dive is fucking boring.
Just realized I said “great” three times in two sentences. Whoops. Anyway, looking forward to seeing what you guys have in store.
Hey, you guys are qualified. The past weekend takeovers were great and you guys had some great deep dives. That post about Super Star Saga was great.
If literally EVERYONE is running this deck, then it should be pretty easy to run its counter and win, right? Or is it more nuanced than that?
