That’s a bit more expensive than your usual 1/8 to 1/6 scale figure out of Japan. That price is more in line with what you would expect for a 1/4 figures. Guess you have to pass of the cost of the license somehow. Also, hope that’s a first pass on the paint job, as that is a pretty shitty looking prototype.

NCBI is an invaluable site for the global research community. Hopefully their webmasters are able to purge these bad actors without adversely affecting functionality. If there’s any justice they’ll be able to track them and charge them. As an NIH-adjacent employee, this shit is infuriating.

That’s private sector. Government employees, at least the rank and file, when on official business are required to use the cheapest travel accommodations possible. If he wanted to fly first class, he should have stayed in the private sector.

Into the Breach is out on the 27th, right? Or did that get a delay? Jason and Kirk were just talking about it on the latest episode of Splitscreen.

Wonder Festival 2018 (Winter), the largest figure (read: anime) festivalin the world, was also held this past Sunday (Japan time).

The Harry Potter license must be pretty expensive, because that is a pretty underwhelming set for $99. The Simpsons House set was, I believe, $199 and came with a huge number of unique pieces to that set. Even a lot of the Star Wars sets that I remember from my childhood were a lot more impressive for less.

The 7:00 pm EST is unfortunate. I actually preferred the Thursday schedule where they started at 5:00 EST. Meant I could actually watch all three matches without having to rely on VODs the next day.

I’ve done 80 pushups and 500 sit-ups a day, every day, for the last 5 years. So I’d say my February is going swimmingly.

My biggest complaint so far coming from someone who watches at least two of the given matches for each day (two on Wednesday and Thursday and all three on Fridays and Saturdays) is the map selection. I know they agree before the start of each stage the maps that will be in the rotation, but by week 3 (or even week 3)

Speaking of kerning, the localizers (at least I assume it was them) of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 did a godawful job with the kerning and text formatting.

I love reading the pages for some of my favorite games and books. The Fire Emblem: Fates character pages are great, likewise for the Overwatch character pages. The pages for The Dresden Files and The Stormlight Archive are also particularly good. If I’m not otherwise occupied and am just looking to pass some time,

I’ve been reading TV Tropes for years now. Remember though, TV Tropes will ruin your life. Jesting aside, I do find some entertainment media has been “ruined” for me since reading TV Tropes for a while; I pissed of a D&D DM mightily because I kept calling out the individual tropes as the game went on.

There’s always more Overwatch. At least until June or something.

Knowing nothing about her, does she make her own costumes and everything at this point? Or could she now be called a “model” vs a “cosplayer,” which assumes there was anything ever but a technical difference between the two.

My only reservation thus far is that I’ve heard from a friend who played the first game that I should have other people to play D: OS2 with. I haven’t heard anyone else say that, so something to keep in mind, or is my friend just wrong?

Since there hasn’t been any other article about this, can I get a Compete Hot Take(tm) about last night’s Valiant vs. Dynasty match and the fact that Valiant is now in fourth (Boston just pulled ahead as of writing) and the internet’s apparently favorite team, Houston, is in sixth? I need to know how I need to how I’m

I’m not actually complaining about it being on there. Was just kinda surprised to see it. Madworld and No More Heroes were violent, but they weren’t Nintendo Characters. Elise in her “undergarments” is a little weird, regardless of my personal opinion. The devs clarified she’s of, uh, legal age, but in game she acts

Are those like actual costumes, or just a 3D gallery item? Regardless, that’s kinda squicky.

Uh, armor break? The click through has a picture of Celica in her “undergarments.” Never thought I’d see that on a Nintendo console, let alone with a Nintendo character.

They agreed to the terms when they made the booking and paid the fee upfront. Sucks for them, but I’m not sympathetic.
