I wouldn’t mind if they made a main healing support that was as viable as Mercy. As it stands now, you are at a serious disadvantage if the other team has Mercy and you have anyone else. Was hoping for another healer capable of outlying that level of HPS. I’ll certainly play her happily, anything to make playing with

Oh, I totally agree. People only seem to want to play DPS and Defense heroes. Support can be a lot of fun. But if she can’t heal on her own, than there really isn’t a reason to choose her versus the default Mercy. Curious if she is picked as the backup support on the pro scene over Zen.

That’s a serious bummer. I was hoping for another team carrying capable healer like Mercy. It’s hard enough to get people to play a single support, let alone a main healer and backup healer. Oh well, she still looks fun to play.

The audiobooks are great. Currently relistening to The Way of Kings (the modern Kaladin chapters) and then Words of Radiance in anticipation.

I ordered mine through the Verizon app and currently have an estimated shipping date of “around November 3rd.” 256 GB, Space Gray, retail price.

That Mei skin is pretty slick. Wonder if those will be made available to regular players.

To be fair, Nocturne, which is arguably the best mainline MegaTen game, came out on PS2. It was a decade between 3 and 4. Also, Sony seems to have a lock on the Persona series, so it’s not like they have just been ignoring the Sony platforms.

I’ve been reading the English versions of the manga as they’ve been released every two months. The festival drags in the manga as well, so they aren’t just stretching things out for the adaptation. Now, if they waste the remaining ~20 episodes of this season without even getting to the examinations, then there’ll be a

No Food Wars: Third Plate? It’s just getting to the Moon Festival and the Nakiri arc. Shit’s going down!

Junkrat is the higher ranked play version of D.Va. D.Va gets PotG a lot against low level players who don’t know how to hide from the ult blast. At higher levels, I generally only see it killing one or two people, if any. Junkrat’s ult is far more annoying to avoid and feels much cheaper to play against. I suppose the

I’ve been playing the game on and off for the past couple of days and have been enjoying it quite a bit. I played maybe 10 hours of Hyrule Warriors before moving on. So garbage I’ve been enjoying Fire Emblem Warriors quite a bit more. There’s a fair bit of clones in the available characters, but I find everything a

I just looked at one of the checklists; I have at least 158 amiibo new-in-box (including some preordered figures). I say “at least” because they’ve currently released 158 figures, along with some duplicates in alternative packaging (single figures vs triple pack, etc). I have one of every figure released with NA

These are great. The last one is hilarious.

So the Ben Cousins quote is essentially saying “y’all better strap in, because we are gonna ride this loot box train into the fucking ground.” Great.

If the article is to be believed, he injected himself with a bacterial plasmid construct. You can’t just do that and expect anything to happen. You can transfect mammalian cells, like embryonic stem cells, with plasmids (it’s how CRISPR plasmids are introduced), but they aren’t just added to the cells. The plasmid DNA

Sounds good. PC it is then. Thanks!

This really isn’t the place to ask this but haven’t really seen any other relevant articles, but anyone know how recent Ubisoft games have handled on PC? Built a gaming PC in between Syndicate and this one, so trying to decide between PC or PS4/Xbox.

Oh? The way I saw it described sounded as though they were down on it. It was either Polygon or Ars they described it essentially as Radiant Historia’s grid battle system, which surprised me.

Fair enough. After reading some of the other reviews around (Polygon, Ars Technica, etc), and listening to the interview with the devs on the 8-4 Play podcast, guess I’m just kind of surprised by the reaction to the game. Got the impression from other reviews that the battle system isn’t as good this time around? The

I expected a comment like that. I did read the review. At no point do you mention if you actually liked the game or not. You mentioned finding some parts “fun,” and that the devs played some things conservatively. Considering how much you talked about anticipating the game on the podcast over the past year, guess I
