I remember a follow-up episode in which an elderly woman moved into a senior-living facility (might have been assisted living). Anyway, she did not hoard a damn thing. Her apartment was spotless. It was amazing and very happy. Most others on the follow-up returned to some level of hoarding.

There were plenty of people on the show who hoarded their garbage and used adult diapers. Wealth makes hoarding easier, but a hoarder can justify pretty much anything as worth keeping.

It was dog fur (how lame am I that I remember??). I believe his dad was an alcoholic and was hiding bottles all of their home. There was no bit of sunshine in that kid's life.

I watched the first 10 minutes and gave up—you didn't miss much that wasn't seen in the previews. I can't come up with the right descriptor—cliche, goofy, bland. It just had the NBC stink all over it. I thought the Hostages pilot was more interesting, so I'll be watching that one (until it gets canceled in a few

I still have a crush on the nerdy doctor (Spencer?). I, too, needed a lot to finally make me stop DVRing and barely watching the show. But sure shit, the show obliged with repetitive plot devices, eye-roll-inducing dialog, and unbelievable murderers who are caught JUST IN TIME…you know, just like all those other

Can we ship Penelope from Criminal Minds there, too? She's another ridiculously dressed character with an annoying personality that's supposed to be fun and funny and charming. It's not.

Sadly, not so. I am married to one of those idiots. He feels bad for Walt. WTF? He's also one of THOSE people who though Skyler's IFT episode made her a far more despicable character than Walt.

I worked briefly for the Treasury Department - not the IRS directly, but in conjunction with the IRS on some legal matters. I witnessed a lot of fascinating things, but I also learned a lot about the IRS that most folks without tax troubles wouldn't know. Ted would likely have quite a bit of time to pay down his tax

There have been quite a few commenters hoping that we get the back story on Gray Matter and why/how Walt has fallen. I think we're seeing enough of Walter's character traits revealed that make the specifics of the back story less important—his refusal to let Gale be the genius (even to save his own skin) serving as a

I don't think this says volumes about Skyler. Rather, I think this comment shows that any excuse to bash Skyler will do. I don't get all the Skyler hate on BB threads, but this comment seems especially petty.

Whoa, did I just read this? "On the home front, Walter's family bonds continue to fall apart.  Skylar has decided to take financial matters into her own hands, so she goes to the company where she once worked as a bookkeeper and fills out an application. . . . Worst of all, she doesn't consult Walter before making

As an earlier poster said, I think it was reasonable of Walt to ask Skylar to let him live his final days (and ultimately die) his way. I believe in death with dignity and choice and all that. But if I were super pregnant and had a disabled son and no job and a dying husband, I might start to freak out when my

I don't know that "tough love" is necessarily about trying to help someone. As viewers, we are set up for sympathy with Jesse, so it's reasonable that no one likes mom. But I think tough love, especially how it plays out with mom kicking Jesse out of the house, is as much about loving/protecting yourself as it is

I love what they've done to Deb's character, beginning with the finale in the trailer through this episode (esp. when Carpenter runs to LaGuerta after she shot her). The emotion and depth and feeling of her character feels so out of place for this show, which otherwise lacks nuance.

I think the scene at the bench dedication was written by seventh graders. Worst exposition ever.

My sister is a nurse in a women's prison. Great stories.

You completely misread my comment.

I really despise how the show made Hannah's halfway house kill righteous by forcefeeding us the line about the counselor touching the girls.
