I think it’s to justify why they took Josh’s account of what happened at face value. There is allegedly no contradictory account. If they had been told by the girls that it was more than what Josh said and they still took Josh’s word that nothing worse happened, I can’t see how that would not be negligence in the eyes…

Don’t try to bring logic into this. Words have no meaning when you are trying to be sensitive to everyone’s feelings or spin your point of view whether right wing or left wing. Like you, I prefer accuracy, but we are increasingly in the minority.

I go to Korean spas quite a bit now ever since I discovered them a few years back. It’s wonderful to see every different shape and size relaxing and not giving a hoot. I think because only perfect bodies are shown in the media, people have a really skewed vision of what the average body looks like. I know I did.

I think the ban on texting and driving too should be just for the stupidest drivers. I mean, if you’re traveling 70 miles an hour and are trying to text, it’s just stupid. But if you’re at a red light or not moving fast in traffic, it’s about as distracting as changing the radio station.
