As a man who HAS gone through what she has, I can say that both a sexual assault survivor and man that I absolutely hate Rose McGowan. She trivializes and marginalizes every other sexual assault victim and pushes her ideals that men do not deserve a right to due process.

The unquestioning praise of McGowan’s wildly uneven and often downright self-aggrandizing approach to doing something that’s gutsy and necessary reminds me of Rupert Pupkin’s line in “The King Comedy” (I’m paraphrasing): “Jerry, I know you’re just as human as the rest of us, if not MORE SO.”
