“Enhanced severance” sounds like something a show like this would use as a punchline. Like, a sexual abuser gets let go from his company but still gets a massive retirement bonus, then someone kills him and cuts off his dick. And one of the characters says, “Boy, talk about enhanced severance”.

I understand as I work healthcare. I see how little the general public concerns themselves with anything that compromises their beliefs or standards.

I did make that a little confusing. That part was actually pulled from the original post not the movie. The author said “I did not have a full understanding of the term” and that’s what I spun off of.
