I guarantee that a gun projects authority a hell of a lot more than a Ford crossover. That said if a police officer can’t do his duties is a pink VW bug then he needs to be fired. That said If a neighborhood is bad enough that police need cosmetic deterrents to not get attacked then they need to bring in swat and get

For the price of that I would rather get a Icon and have something in America and have it more customized to my wants. That said I can’t afford either and the same goes for the average American citizen.

Looks like alot of fwd cars that are converted to AWD to race. Really my definition of a good WRC lineup is cars that are closer to production cars, I understand that there will always be differences between race cars and production but at least keep it in the same drivetrain layout as each other. I would be happier

Serious question but wouldn’t putting the majority of grandstands in the infield make more sense and be more safe. Especially with the current state of the amount of people to watch the racing in person.

But in the same amount of time between now and then wouldn’t the current Tahoe’s be as shitty in a comparison. Yes the technology and build quality went up as well as safety and fuel economy, but it that as the same rate of any vehicle. When a 2001 Tahoe was new it was just as advanced relative to the market. So the

Perfect now, but you wait until those stance people evolve and start running rally suspension setups. They would still do the hooliganism but with much more body roll and with more anti-lag.

What in Germany that’s of substantial size that can walk through or over the fence on VW’s test track, and how tall is the fence(not sure definitely if there is a fence but why wouldn’t there be one). I’d assume that the engineers that make VAG cars probably understood the height local large wildlife could jump and

I’d assume a large donation for whoever is in charge of state police.

Am I the only one expecting for the top speed run to be cancelled because of “noise restrictions”

Why not both, supercharger for low end and a turbo for the rest of the power band. Kinda like the Lancia Delta s4

I really want it to be a proper Pajero Evolution follow up, but it’s probably going to be some shit crossover.

Yamaha r1m. 1.0l 4 cylinder motorbike with 200hp. Although it revs past 14k rpm it still counts, especially since it’s naturally aspirated. Also Kawasaki has the h2r that’s a supercharged 1 liter engine with over 300 hp(non road going version only)

Exactly, at this point it’s just around 18 hp more than the engine in a focus.

I definitely agree that Subaru needs to put more power in the STI to make it competitive. The only logical reason why they haven’t upped the power is because when the sti originated there was still the Japanese gentlemen’s agreement on keeping the horsepower around 300ish. Maybe the leadership thinks that since

It kinda already does though with the Pajero Evolution, the lancer wasn’t the only Evo badged car.

Mitsubishi does have heritage with a evolution badged compact suv, the Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution. It was a 2 door Pajero with a widebody and a v6, it’s purpose was to race the Dakar rally which it dominated at the time.

It seems like this new crossover might have more to to with the Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution, but I guess it’s wishful thinking that Mitsubishi would bring back a Dakar racing homologation special for the road.

Hopefully the hurricane engine has more torque than the v6. But as someone that traded a v6 Jeep for a Subaru WRX I’d say that weight/gearing matters more than torque. My jeep liberty had more torque and horsepower than the Subaru, but with the weight difference and gearing I wouldn’t be able to tell without the specs.

I’m pretty sure that the Ford 2.3 Ecoboost makes 350hp in the focus rs. It’s still less than the new hurricane engine, but by a much smaller margin.

That’s exactly what this article makes me think. I can only wonder what’s being missed that they’ll have to do in a couple years.
