Or the other way around in which a male transgendered person felt so oppressed and unworthy that they just embraced their gender identity along with a lot of anxiety.

You just read the struggles of male transgendered individuals who are not given even a quarter of support or understanding like most female transgendered persons have been reaping of late.

“Deception” is sticky. Here we have likely a male-identified individual who acted as a male-identified individual and subsequently ended up as a defendant in a court room where the offense is basically, “You’re a woman! You’re not a man!” and the most transphobic and horrid position ever.

She consented to sex with a person. That person didn’t “do sex” like she wanted and her transphobia took over and brought it to court.

This is 100% transphobia. Shame on the UK for not telling them to work it out like adults.
