As someone who worked in Res Life (not all schools are the same, but some things are pretty universal), moving rooms can be an absolute nightmare. When they exist, sure it can be kinda easy for one person, but there are often waiting lists and such for open spots. They don’t just have a bunch of open rooms around

To be honest, the data supports the idea that the xpac was just bad. That seems the current idea I get in the MMOSphere... People either accept it or hate it. Those who love it are outliers.

Crowfall is barely a MMO.

Funny enough, what the old man comment says is pretty damn spot on. He explained the focus of the film’s reach and intent. I don’t know why we’d want to throw him under the bus when what he says is the truth. Subjectivity means nothing against objective conclusions.

The best part is that Delta Squad, via their appearance on Clone Wars, have been cemented into at least part of the canon.

I’m pretty sure the multiple men in body armor carrying assault weapons had everything in control.

Eh, that’s complicated. There’s an argument for SWG being the best Star Wars game, too.

This isn’t really a question. Both KotOR games stand as shining beacons for the best Star Wars offers for gamers.

No Knights of the Old Republic?

*muchmunch* Wings and all that.

Eh, I’ve had my wings for decades now.

Isn’t blood... well, blood? Regardless of the orifice/wound it seeps from?

This man’s ability to withstand a lot of mixed messages and an individual going through a lot of their own conflicting issues extremely well.

The biggest difference between FFXIV and ESO is the progression mechanics. Whereas FFXIV is a steep, vertical progression grind with power creeps every few months requiring grinding out totally new gear via the same dungeons over and over again— ESO is shifting to a horizontal progression with variety-of-playstyle and

No sub fees anymore. It really makes the game a worthwhile purchase. We’ll likely see additional, horizontal progression zones and new skills, etc., as the DLC going forward and not vertical, power creepy annoyances.

Without the sub fee it becomes a more worthwhile game. It is, at the core, a primarily PvE, story-driven experience. It works best when it approached as an “Elder Scrolls with other people” and not as the sort of MMORPG we’re used to with WoW and TOR.

Nothing like linking to a “Women Shouldn’t Vote” production.

It is very well established that if you provide players with the means to punish others easily, they will abuse those tools to harass and grief each other. “Downvoting” tools are the worst. It merely encourages individuals to employ such zero-sum policies as weapons against people they dislike.

I can’t watch pro stuff. Consent-confirmed, non-pro people having fun is the only stuff I can actually get off to.

How does this potentially interact with the studies showing no causal link between violent video games and violent behavior? Can they be said to pose even weak support for the broader theory that video games have very little, if any, effect on larger attitudes and actions?
