Hey bud, got news for you, Rosberg didn’t have “the right” to run him wide. Face it, Nico didn’t stay on the racing line, intentionally, because Hammy was going to pass him and he knew it. It’s why the FIA gave Rosberg a 10 second penalty for that bullshit after the race.

Hamilton drove extra wide to give Nico plenty of room. He’s got some expectation that at some point Nico would actually turn into the corner. Had he done so, there’d have been no collision, and he’d have probably beaten Hamilton to the next corner and won the race. As it is, he pulled a bitch move and it backfired on

Now playing

Exactly, taking HUGE risk on last lap. He made a decision to go THAT deep (he could have turned sooner, honestly) into the corner to “block” Hamilton, whereas he could have taking his line and closed the door on Lewis at the exit of the corner.

I was waiting for this. Rosburg is gonna be fired soon I’m guessing. That was some hilarious bs he pulled.

Nico is a mentaly frigile driver, prone to making mistakes when pressured. That coupled with his arrogance and sense of entitlement, means he will never take the blame for his actions. For him, it will always be someone elses fault.

I think these two articles below will clarify the difference between Lewis and Nico. Lewis does push the limits but so did\do all the greats - Schumacher\Senna etc. The difference is, the greats can generally pull it off without putting one car out of the race and the not-so-greats can’t do that.

Exactly, HAM is more of a natural when it comes to being aggressive. ROS, not even close.

Right, but I was responding to the comment that without losing the wing he would've won. Just pointing out that even with the wing on, he still likely would've lost the 10 seconds and dropped to 4th.

Oh I absolutely agree with you. But I think that Nico is dirty precisely because of a perceived agression from Lewis towards him, the fact that he has been brutally shunned after the Spa 2014 incident, and also because he finally has a decent shot at winning the championship. I believe he thinks he’s doing what

Let’s also keep in mind that in most cases, Hamilton is a superior driver to Rosberg and has been for a long time. He can pull off these aggressive Senna-style “Fuck outta my way, or you will force a crash” moves, while Rosberg can’t.

Because Nico is not effective at racing competitively. He can only win when it’s easy. He feels entitled because of daddy.

Seriously. It must drive him insane that he’s just flat out not as good of a driver as Lewis. But the worst part about it is he acts like a spoiled, petulant child about it. As much as Webber and Vettel didn’t get along, at least Webber handled it like a man.

Rosberg isn’t better than Hamilton now, never has been, and never will be. He knows it, Lewis knows it, Mercedes knows it, and everyone else knows it. We’re going through this yearly summer process of where Nico falls apart like a cheaply made Chinese toy and he’s doing everything possible to prevent the inevitable.

“I was just very surprised that Lewis turned in and that caused a collision.”

This was a dumb gamble plain and simple. I’m sure Rosberg was hoping Lewis’s car would end up taking the brunt of the damage, and it didn’t. He should have just taken the 2nd place finish to at least have wider gap between himself and Lewis. I wouldn’t be surprised if he loses out to him in the championship again.

Rosberg is a pussy. He was going to be passed and couldn’t deal with it.

I would have done the same thing if I were in his position because I am hyper competitive. That’s one of the many reasons I will never and shouldn’t be a racer.

Yes! Loved the news.

They already had too many moving parts in terms of hosts, with no real chance to let personalities settle in and work. Hopefully this helps simplify, then add lightness.
