My experience with copper IUDs has been more comfortable and beneficial than your friend. Yes, my periods were 5 days instead of 4. I had cramps but nothing that interfered with my functioning. PMS: I did have it with BC pills; no PMS on copper IUD.

I have always had copper IUDs: no hormones.

I accept you flaws and all and it OK to just be you.  (((hugs)))
