She has superspeed, but the Kryptonians DON'T have an aura like the Flashes that prevents them from causing sonic booms, massive friction heat, etc. So they move slowly most of the time to avoid property damage.

Lena is pretty much universally a good guy in the comics, so I'll be shocked if she's ever evil here.

Eobard's been disintegrated from time effects before in the comics, and later randomly popped out of it, pointing out that disintegration is pretty useless to someone that has absolute control of his molecules.
