People choose to live in a manicured area, probably because areas where “mind your own business” is a prevalent motto tend to have something that looks like a neighborhood flop house. Then they get mad when people want to maintain the image the area has that likely got someone to buy there in the first place.

People seem to not grasp that part of why you buy a house in a given location and why property values are what they are is largely due to the quality of the area around the property. I doubt these people would buy an expensive house next to a doublewide crack house just because they keep their business on their own

I don’t see why the housing bubble effecting the two housing types equally proves anything. That just proves that the bubble had a uniform effect, the houses themselves pre-bubble could have already had disparity in pricing that was just maintained with the flat percentage drop.

At which point you say show me my car, from any vantage point you can see it without being on my property.

The punching game has been around for quite a while. Fairly certain I remember people doing it in my early middle school days if not sooner, which would be nearing 20 years ago now (Goddamnit). Most of the time people would do the OK next to their leg, get you to look, and punched you. Yes, it is as stupid as it

So in order to avoid being an adult and just inviting who you want, you place potentially great expense on your other guests. Got it.

I always seem to have the Trump toned semi brown-orange ones on hand so not much of a match for me. If someone wants a bandage that matches them and they feel included as a result, all power to them and I’m glad that companies are starting to make it happen.

These are so far removed from Harley visually and mechanically.

Caps are the problem, and if you can download 50gb in a couple hours you have better internet than a lot of rural people. I know people where their entire cap limit wouldn’t cover a game like DOOM or Destiny. Not even to mention it would take them days to download. And these aren’t people cheaping out on internet it’s

Yea, to prevent the battery from diminishing people willingly sacrifice capacity beyond the point the phone is likely to decay to within the average usable life.

They are just “disrupting” the towing business not adhering to the normal rules. Isn’t that what these companies claim to be all about?

Ever since watching “Cars of the People” I’ve thought a customized Trabant would be pretty neat. Essentially just the body, considering everything else is garbage but use it as a platform to make something legitimately pleasant. Make it what it could have been.

The way the industry is moving toward games as a service that ability to share across machines like that will become less viable. Just look at Destiny where every account has to have the seasons/expansions to make use of them. They will use the same tactics they have attempted agains physical, difference is that they

The issue is that while different events can carry the monicker tragedy in our heads equally the funds used to deal with those tragedies all have very real limitations. If the argument is made that we lack the money to support people in our own country in the midst of tragedies where people actually died or people

Respect the office” is like “I like that he speaks his mind.” It is a round about way of saying you agree with his actions but won’t outwardly admit it. What someone does matters. What someone says matters. You don’t need to respect someone who has actively done things to cause you to revoke it. There are plenty of

Your Camaro is like looking into an alternate reality where I kept my red Camaro, and put the money I spent on a GTO instead into it. You did exactly what the younger me dreamed of doing, but sadly the car is long gone now. One day, I’ll get another and do it justice.

Beach better have my money.

This is pretty common. A tow strap I bought was from a company with USA in the name, had the big US flag and such on it and the line was “Designed in America” with “Made in the PRC” somewhere else so they didn’t have to explicitly say china. I didn’t buy it because I thought it was US in origin but the smoke and
