I’ve heard plenty of loud, shrieking, squealing, screaming adults, and I’d honestly sometimes prefer the kids to them.

Seems to me people make the ancestor argument right up until their ancestor still had ownership, and then completely abandon that mindset about the people their ancestors likely stole that land from too. The whole “they took it from our ancestors” argument falls pretty flat the further you go back considering it…
A couple times now I have had their delivery service suck. Saying “no one home” when I work from home and I Can tell if someone drives up my driveway. Or “Business closed” claiming to have tried to deliver it with a timestamp of 11:30PM. Which is very late of course, but I was still up in my living room and there was…
“No one asks what Mozart means. Or an Indian raga or the little tripping dance of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers to ‘Cheek to Cheek’ in Top Hat. Forget about making things that are understood.”
I’m not quite understanding what you are trying to argue. The fact that there have been fraud cases at the bank doesn’t really give them fair opportunity to profile people and call the police on them for having the gall to cash a check. The “more to the story” has nothing to do with HIM. He was like any other…
For being GBA games they were really quite good. Played it on many family car trips.
Yeah, sure, you can burn a $2 Blu-ray and get 50GB or storage, but you can get a 128GB MicroSD card for less than $30 (larger for marginally more) and use, reuse, add, remove, and change the contents many times.
I do the same. Oil changes? I’m not keeping a bunch of receipts in the glove box showing when I bought a jug of oil.
You don’t get the steam engine.
Should they have chased him in the first place, who knows.
True to form, everyone has taken this opportunity to wellakshually you about your choice of booze. Because everyone is just too important to have a semi-pedestrian whiskey given to them as a gift.
Such a tactic usually requires being able to physically do that, and in most circumstances if that is possible you aren’t being bullied in the first place.
I used to like driving at night only 10 years ago.
We may feel high and mighty that we don’t stone a person who was a victim of sexual abuse like some places but at the end of the day the justice system took her life away. Plenty get off lighter for premeditated and unprovoked murder.
Part of your impression may be as a result of doing “pickup things” which have the capacity to reduce the efficiency. Hauling project materials likely won’t match the best case scenario but I also don’t know what kind of projects you do.
Salt and pepper, with the former being either regular, garlic salt or onion salt depending on the person cooking. Some people have stomach issues that preclude them from eating garlic/onion. Cooked in butter. I also find that adding a little mustard powder enhances just about anything. Then serve it with a garnish of…
I don’t use the rearview mirror. My side mirror is roughly headlight height and plenty large enough to cast a bunch of light back.
No, side mirrors. I drive a Wrangler and the mirror height is perfect for reflecting back. Hug the right side of the lane a bit and they get a good couple flashes and will back away.
If I get a glimmer in their face periodically on a straight line road, I'm happy.
I often will adjust my side mirror so that the light goes right back at the driver of the truck.
