I know! I have sensitive skin, so I always try to wear natural fibers, but it is so hard to find something natural and well made. Every women’s t-shirt has descriptions like “the perfect amount of sheer.” Fuck you, dude, the perfect amount of sheer is NOT SHEER! Why is this so hard? I end up just buying men’s shirts

That’s a pretty fucked up statement. I would go as far as say sexist.

I could care less what Melania wears, but as a former “luxury” clothing salesperson, I can say without a doubt that D&G is only popular because of marketing, and definitely not because of quality. Not only did we get way more D&G returns than any other brand, but a lot of their stuff visibly looked shitty. It was

I was thinking this too. Also more men than women on that jury.

Why the jury hasn’t reached a guilty verdict yet makes me worry. I hope to god they’re not debating whether Dr Huxstable could rape many women. He did.

They’re invaluable, aren’t they. I’ve got a solar one that charges in a few hours and will fill an iPhone and an iPad on a charge. Makes me totally power outlet independent (at least during daylight hours, or if I’m indoors and there’s reasonably bright lighting).

“I’ve found a power outlet, the equivalent of gold during the frenzied rush of the Bill Cosby trial testimony, reporters hungry for more juice, editors hungrier for copy. “

It certainly can, especially if you’re wet, and there’s a lot of water down there. That’s why hypothermia is so dangerous—it can occur at temperatures well above freezing or even “it’s chilly, take a sweater.”

Okay so NOBODY reads The Adventures of Tom Sawyer anymore, I guess.

Teens: Thank God you found us, rescuers!

Oh, that steams my clams. It’s so irresponsible to deliberately scare your tiny kid like that. At best, it’s thoughtless; at worst, it’s mean-spirited.

I don’t think I have enough palms to take to my face regarding this people you are describing...

Your story has me taking deep breaths.

Speaking of Ray Bradbury short stories, have you ever read The Illustrated Man? Great collection of short stories (and that one doesn’t sound like any of the stories in that collection)

Insert all the “NOPE” gifs ever created!!

I found out I was claustrophobic when I was on a tour of a cave in the UK and the group suddenly came to a halt right when we had to crouch to walk through a low part. I flipped. The fact that I couldn’t stand up or back out made me panic. I was shaking and crying. I will never go into a place like that again.

No, we were in Northern Italy. It was the crypt of a church used by my ancestors and relatives for various religious things and marriages, things you would use a church for. Funerals, obviously ;)

I went to a similarly decorated church in Italy, and when you get to the end of the tiny tunnel, the last chamber has a sign that says “Where you are, we once were. Where we are, you will be.” I read that and LOST IT and basically ran back towards the exit, knocking people over. NOPE.
