Here’s a little story: I had a private loan with Sallie Mae, and I opted to make payments while in school to keep the balance from ballooning before I graduated.

One additional snag in that price is that officials and rich people in China have been much more cautious about ostentatious displays of wealth now that Xi Jinping has made targeting corruption a major issue.

I actually have one of these. Bought it from Japanese Classics in Richmond, and man, this thing is just cool to drive in. It has a ton of features that aren’t in most cars today, like Reclining Rear Seats and controllable AC/Heating in the back.  It confuses people left and right, most mistake it for a Bentley or

ZERO securities and only $110k in cash. I’m sure he was getting royalty checks in, but this guy was the exact opposite of “liquid”. Surprising.

I’m loving that, as much of an artist that he was and the amount of money he was worth, that there is nothing overly exotic or “typical rich person car” in his collection. He was worth more than a lot of artists today and a lot of them with way less money have Veryons, LaFerrari’s etc.

He’s also 62. How many ankles have you shattered jumping onto hovercrafts?
