Around me, the fine is dependant on the time it takes the city contractor to plow/shovel. A neighbor got a $180 fine after they didn’t shovel within the 24 window + 24 notice they were given.

MLB should also pay MiLB players more than $30k/yr. I’m not saying they should make even close to what MLB players make, but a lot of guys have to give it up to be able to support themselves and/or their families. If you don’t get a nice signing bonus coming out of college/international signing then you are fucked…
