That is changing. It was a huge wake-up call in 2016 that the local races had not been given the attention they needed. That changed in 2018 and I think it’s also why we’re seeing the narrative change nationwide.

The Senate is not moving blue, at least not in the short term. This is despite the presence of Trump atop the ticket. With the way representation in this country is skewed toward the rural areas when it comes to the Senate, it’s just not going to happen.

I do all my banking with USAA (for 35 yqrs now) and have a credit rating over 800. I have NEVER been able to get their advertised rates. They always come back higher.
