You got it. That’s exactly how it works. But sometimes when you bump it, it moves two gears. I often found myself going from Park straight into neutral instead of reverse. Then I’d bump it back and end up in Park. It was horrible.

And trying to accurately get it into whatever gear you want is an exercise in frustration (former owner of a 2014 GC). Worst design ever. They were trying to be cool, and just completely borked it.

You’re going to have a harder and harder time finding a car that *doesn’t* have an EPB.
