OoT was released in 1998. That puts it MAYBE a year or two before development on Ghost began.. Which means that Ghost’s core gameplay would date to roughly that same time period and NOT the “next generation,” (which is likely the case given the numerous delays in development) and apparently didn’t change all that much.
