A major problem I see is corporate investors in real estate. I live in an area that is still seeing 20% increases in property value every year. I get 3-4 cold calls a week about buying my house for a hell of a lot more than I paid for it.

The late 80s Civic Wagon that was 4wd. A baby CUV before its time, it was remarkably capable in the bad weather, still fun to drive, and had a ridiculous amount of room. I guess it would have morphed into the CRV eventually, but it was a great car that I still miss owning. 

100% Fiesta ST. Throw in the Focus ST as well, because, you know....

The Chevy SS. Nice sized sedan, comfortable, LS V8 power, RWD. If it had been a wagon, it would have been the perfect Jalop car. Now that I think about it, just bring back all the Holdens.
