There’s a guy on reddit who put the Focus ST bits in a stock Focus SE sedan. That would have been awesome. Outside of the Sentra SR, is there any high powerish tiny sedan? (Can you even call the Sentra tiny? Its 4th gen Nissan Maxima sized)

Hell even under Caprice guise would have been cool. Now I want to buy a Caprice and trick it out with all the upmarket interior sold in the middle east in South Korea.

Yes, but most people swap in big aluminum block V6s like Honda J series, the Jag V6, and the one found in the Camaro as its around the same weight as both the 1.8 V6 and the 1.8 I4. (Yes, the 1.8 I4 is that heavy and higher displacement V6's weigh about the same as the I4 and the V6)

y no vq? It has one hell of an aftermarket and has rock solid performance.

Nissan VQ30DE. Quite reliable, makes good power and can be tuned stupidly easily and started the VQ line.
The VQ35 or VQ37 both also work great as they have lots of tuning potential.

Apparantly, I am not the only one who agrees with this. It was nice on the inside supposedly but its still a mercury villager at the end of the day.

Late 90s as well actually. The 99 Maxima came with a transponder key. (idk about other companies)

There is a cover for it to make it more aerodynamic, but its super uncommon

I now understand why I like it so much. My grandparents have a gold one (its been like 12 years since I have been to India).
