I have tried to undervolt my laptop in the past, but it isn’t that stable. I used to be able to get 70 mV decrease stably, now I can’t get 50mV

It’s a laptop with horrible cooling (Pavilion x360 with an i5 7200u and a Radeon 530)
I’ve repasted it and cleaned out the cooler the best I can without compressed air. It idles about 40C. It’s only this site without adblockers that made it spike.

its borderline unusable on desktop, especially when my adblocker breaks comments for some reason and I have to disable to comment. Like my laptop spikes up in temp to 70 odd C. It’s a website, not a video game.

That used to be shit when I was a kid. They got rid of some games that I played as a kid and that made me sad as that got me into PC gaming. (That and I never had ready access to a console, but I did to a PC)
