It's not 'wrong', just unnecessarily complex.

Having a blast with Borderlands 2 right now with a pal, makes me crave a co-op'able Skyrim. It really would work well!

I sat through the whole video just to listen to the amazing BF2 soundtrack, and waited for this filter to impress me. It didn't. I agree with the sentiment that this rips out the atmosphere, and makes it look generic and borderline cartoony. Wake Island looked like the Wake Island from BF1943, which was very

I agree with Ninety-9. Real (in China) Chinese food is blad, boring, and not very good. They're all about texture; not so much flavor. Interesting/actually tasty things like 'orange chicken' are American creations.

I was a pretty big gamer growing up and took my PS2 to college ('03-'07), but outside of a random game of Madden (or NFL Street!) w/ a dorm mate, I basically stopped gaming for 4 years. There just wasn't any time to invest in it. I guess I did, what you regret not doing... and I don't regret it! :)

So then what allows 70% of us to NOT experience motion sickness? Since it seems to be a defense function of the body, does it mean that 70% of us are broken? Or that 70% of us have evolved out of this dated defense function? Interesting stuff.

I've historically bought the majority of my games from Amazon, but I switched all my fall preorders over to Newegg with one of those $12 off codes. Saved A LOT of money this year! (though they did screw me out of the Borderlands 2 'Premier Club' thing, since they weren't a "participating retailer" :/ )

Now playing

Found em! Apparently these "Movie Star" Turtles are quite rare too. (I'm sure my mom has em boxed up somewhere too...)

WAY back in the day — maybe around the time of the first live-action movie — there was a set that had rubbery, slightly flexible limbs. THOSE were the shit! Everything before that, were solid plastic with limited movement. Those rubbery flexible versions were just so awesome at the time.

Agreed. Loving the BL2 soundtrack. Some of it reminds me of 'Firefly'! Heck, the whole game has a Firefly-vibe to it. Love it.

I had the 'Droid X' a while back, and it had this feature. It actually had 2 interesting ways to silence it: You could turn it over, screen down; or give it a little double-tap. Sorry M$FT. Prior art.

You forgot about the Cards / Seahawks game. The Seahawks got a 4th time out, and after 10 minutes of discussion, they came up with an incorrect excuse.

No PS3, X360, or Roku in your life? They all have Amazon Instant Video apps.

This is kind of a "well duh!" stat, since most "core gamers" also play mobile games, but not all "mobile gamers" play core games.

I would assume this will be coming to PSN eventually too. Klei's Shank games were day-and-date on PSN with the XBLA releases. M$FT obviously bought a little timed-exclusive window here.

You should try the "Close Quarters" expansion pack. It's like... next-gen CoD! :P

DUST 514...?

I LOVE the idea of this thing roaming around Mars, jamming out to tunes on an external speaker! It's like a scene out of WALL-E.

I never played Baseball Stars, so I can't consider it a "personal" favorite ;)
