Basically, it sounds like they'll be retroactively pulling a MGS4 ending — adding on eleventy billion cutscenes. That's not a complaint! I loved it in MGS4, and I'll (hopefully) enjoy it here.

Ha! Appreciate the report! I'll have to look into those

First of all, lay off the "rip off" nonsense Kotaku. Go sit on a Wiimote.

They did! Instead of horizontal mortar strikes, it sprays feathers now! :D

OMG! I freakin' loved those things! Any chance they still make these?!

The Portal 2 one was solid. I recommend that one. (Haven't picked this one up yet, for fear of spoilers)

The "Limited-Edition" case that came with the First-Edition Bundle had a strong odor at first too, but it has since gone away. I just left it laying open, to air out.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but this seems like the 27th article about K-Cups on Gizmodo, in the past couple months...

I don't know what you're smokin buddy, but BF3 MP is freakin' awesome! The campaign on the other hand... well that was rubbish.

Here's a wild idea: Go ahead and make your campaign (take your time making it good), but then instead of wasting development time trying to compete with CoD and BF, with yet another modern war multiplayer mode, just provide access to Battlefield 3's online MP. Maybe even have a couple "timed-exclusive" maps for the

Going all-digital, for the convenience of it. My Vita doesn't need to lug around it's own purse, full of tiny gamecards!

Regular cop work by day, unsavory dirty cop work by night... I like it!

Yeah, it sounds like the ModNation "universe" never really grabbed people the way LBP did, and so to give it the shot in the arm it needs, they're gonna turn ModNation Racers into LBP Karting. Smart idea if you ask me.

Don't take this logic into Battlefield 3! Weak campaign; incredible multiplayer.

This. People really are weird sometimes. I'm getting a Vita to play the NEW Vita versions of LittleBigPlanet, ModNation, WipEout, etc; not the old PSP versions I already played. And for any games that don't have new Vita versions coming in the near future, and you still want to play those old games, then keep

First thing that I thought of!

I'm not sure about ALL of the location-based features, but the guys on the Official PlayStation Blogcast did confirm that you will still be able to do the "Near" stuff on the WiFi version; just as long as you are connected to a WiFi network.

WiFi all the way. They won't allow gameplay over 3G, so the only reason to have it, is for other non-game related stuff (i.e. web browsing, Twitter-twatting), but I can do those things on my 4G smartphone. And if I really do want to do something on the Vita, and don't have WiFi around, I can just use my 4G

What's the point of coming to Kotaku then?! The reason I keep Kotaku (and Gizmodo) in my Reader feed, is for all the random obscure stuff they post! If I wanted straight, quality video game (and gadget) news reporting, there's much better places to be ;)

Thank God, I, for the most part, don't get motion-sick with games. However, one of the Desmond first-person missions in AC: Rev hit me hard! I believe it was the 3rd one, with the moving particle fields. I got through it, but I couldn't play games for the rest of the night after that!
