... Ugh. So they would have come into being when I was in Pathfinders? Shortly after that?

There’s a Cookie Finder on the Girl Guides of Canada website. Hopefully it will help! I’m in Winnipeg, so this is about as close as I can get.
Similar to, yeah. Other than a manufacturer change to be peanut free however long ago it was (Christie to Dare), and some packaging changes, they’ve been the same cookies that I sold when I was a kid in the 80’s and early 90’s. Except then we’d collect orders in the fall and deliver in the spring. I’d sell cases of…
Pretty much. Except Girl Guides only sell one kind of cookie at a time. Fall is the chocolate-mint cookies (which we have to order in the spring before we know how many damn kids we’re going to have the following year), and then our classic cookies in the Spring. YAY TWO COOKIE SELLING TIMES (not).
Okay, I’m totally pale and my face is covered with freckles and I have naturally rosy cheeks. I’ve never used foundation and feel that if I do, it’ll be super noticeable that I’m wearing make up because it won’t look like my face anymore. Am I wrong?
Seconding the ELF brushes. I got a set relatively inexpensive, and while I’m not a make up every day sort of gal, I love my ELF brushes.
So does Girl Guides of Canada!
I had six pallets of cookies in my garage for our district - That’s over 400 cases of cookies. I’m glad that we only use the garage for storage, but still. It’s a lot of cookies.
I’ve been a leader for ... ages. And yeah. $5 a box makes it easier for making change, but I really wish national would let us use something like a Square reader so I can call bullshit on people who say know we don’t take plastic when they say “Oh, I don’t have cash, do you take XX?”
“The mint kind” are basically Thin Mints. Up until their introduction ... 10-15(?) years ago, we only had one kind of cookies - chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies. Not Oreos. A row of chocolate sandwich cookies and a row of vanilla sandwich cookies.
What the absolute fuck.
Female = two e’s.
And I didn’t say drunk vs drunk.
Calm down, I misread.
Looks like I did! My bad.
I’ve got no fucking plans to stop.
“too drunk to drive safely” == “too impaired to drive safely”.
Even though the quiz says I’m a cat lady, I’m so not.
Same. Stupid eyes.
I was home alone - my parents were on some winter vacation to somewhere warm that wasn’t Manitoba at the end of January and my basement-troll uncle who lives in the basement suite was at work.
