Sure. There could be some interesting ways of messing with the status quo. Though I would definitely want them to be trapped in a different timeline or universe or something. Sending them back to 2016 would be boring.

That the show will never bother to address?

So basically…they need to become an entirely different show altogether.

I'm sure they will, the process is just kind of gradual. I mean, we only now just got Merlyn's presence. They're building up the team, and no doubt some form of Snart in the flesh will be added at some point in the season.

I would love a scene of Dinah Lance meeting Rip Hunter.

I'm still holding out hope that something will happen to defeat Savitar early on and Caitlin becomes the real big bad of the season.

I actually kind of feel the reverse. I'm more entertained by Merlyn and Darkhe, and both have personal histories with Sara (at the very least) that makes their presence more compelling.

I'd be cool with that, too. Though I think them chewing the scenery is villains is more fun. And both actors clearly enjoy getting to play the villain.

I'm enjoying the hell out of LoT this season, but the show itself has become a sausage fest.

The hamfisted scenery chewming style of McDonough and Barrowman makes them both a perfect fit for this show. Heck, I don't even need Reverse Flash at this point - seeing Merlyn and Darkhe bicker is more than enough for me.

This whole attitude from Arrowverse is honestly driving me nuts. The constant need to mine drama from people who have changed the timeline and whatnot. There is no pure, perfect timeline - what with (among other things) the whole, Reverse Flash already saw to that anyway when he first killed Barry's mom. They're

Dang, I forget that he's responsible for both of her deaths.

I loved that Sara moment with the taking-to-task of Ray and Nate. She's just this awesome team leader/big sister that's so good at putting bickering bros in their place,

At this point, I'd say he's the sole anti-hero in all of Arrowverse. That combined with Purcell's performance is making him more and more of a standout character.

If the show is smart, they'll have Rip instantly defer to Sara. Given how much the team already listens to her more than they did Rip. It'll just make Rip unlikeable if he drags us into a conflict over leadership. And Rip really needs to be more likeable going forward.

We don't necessarily need Darkhe and Merlyn to stick around…but we definitely need Barrowman and McDonough to stick around. And if this show provides that excuse, I am perfectly okay with that.

I actually think it's more because Sara's revenge plot wasn't something they could draw out forever - and it was a pretty important evolution for Sara to realize that she couldn't mess up all of history just to get her back.

I think Kara ran out of ways to respond to him, based her on facial expression when he said that line.

I actually kind of hoped they might actually leave the Waverider to the LoD. It would be a great way of changing up the status quo.

That was my favorite! Especially the way the camera pulled out after Mick said that first line to surprise the audience with the fact that Nate and Ray were already there. I will never stop enjoying what characters like Mick and Ray bring out in each other.
